I would like to thank you, the insurance company CONTINENTAL, your secretary BRURIA, and your surveyor EHUD SAGIV for your dedication in handling my claim.

On 10/16/95, the container containing all of my personal belongings, including all the electrical appliances and furniture which I purchased in Miami, had been stolen.

The day after, one of your surveyors, Ehud Sagiv, came to Miami from Israel to help me handle the case. When he had to leave, you Dov, came from Israel to further help me with my case.

After about two weeks we had made an agreement that I would be fully compensated for the loss of all my belongings, the sum of which was close to US $80,000.

I would like to express my appreciation for the way things were handled. I do not think any other insurance agency or company could have handled the situation any better, and so professionally and efficiently.

Due to your help and compensation, I am now able to repurchase several of the things that were stolen and to overcome the devastation that had occurred to me.
